Sample menu below is priced at $95pp for a plated menu inclusive of 2 courses and $120pp for a 3 course plated menu,
both options include 2 sides.

Zucchini flower stuffed with scallop and crab, pickled cucumber
Paris-brest, chicken liver mousse, madeira jelly
Onion tarte tatin, whipped goats curd, caramelised onion jam
Chicken presse, mousseline, burnt leek, chive oil
Heirloom tomato tart, ricotta, harissa, herb oil
Bloody Shiraz gin cured ocean trout, dill, whipped creme fraiche, gin caviar

Main:

Stuffed lamb loin, pea puree, charred pickling onion, jus
Pan seared salmon, pesto risoni, blistered truss tomato, pine nuts
Confit chicken breast, truffled mousse, mushroom fricassee, sage
Smoked duck breast, charred radicchio, fig compote, roasted celeriac puree
Slow roasted eggplant, labneh, pomegranate, coriander

Dessert:

Pistachio souffle, crumble, clotted cream
Blackcurrant eton tidy
